Heads
Flip a coin online
Press Flip or hit Space and the coin spins through the air for a second before landing on heads or tails. The running tally underneath keeps score — how many heads, how many tails and the percentage split — and the Flip 10 times button settles longer contests in one go. Press Reset whenever you want a fresh count.
The sides do not have to be heads and tails. Open Customize and type your own labels — Pizza versus Sushi, his turn versus her turn — and the coin shows your words instead. Your labels go into the page address, so you can copy the link and send someone the exact same decision.
Every flip is decided before the coin starts spinning, using crypto.getRandomValues — the browser's cryptographically secure random source — so heads and tails each have an exact 50% chance on every flip. There is no memory between flips: a long run of heads does not make tails more likely next time, however much it feels like it should.
