How the randomness works

Every draw uses the Web Crypto API in the visitor's own browser — the same generator used for encryption keys — rather than a predictable pseudo-random sequence. The winner is decided before the animation starts, so nothing on screen can influence the outcome, and Fluky never weights a result. There is a full explanation on the fairness page.
