Secret Santa without email addresses

Type the names, draw, and copy one private link per person. Send them on WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or a text – nobody enters an email, nobody creates an account, and nobody (including you) sees who drew whom.

1. Your group

2. Participants

0 participants · At least 3 names. You can add yourself too.

3. Who should not draw each other (optional)

For couples, siblings, or people who always end up with each other.

4. How to share the links

I will share the links myself

You get one private link per person to send on WhatsApp, Messenger or anywhere else. No email addresses needed.

Email everyoneAdd an email after a name (Nora, nora@mail.com) and we send that person their link automatically.

How the links work

After the draw, the organizer page has a button that copies every link as one message, one line per person, with the name in front:

🎁 Office Secret Santa: Amara → fluky.com/ss/…

🎁 Office Secret Santa: Ben → fluky.com/ss/…

Paste it into the group chat, or send each line privately. A link only shows that person's own draw. If someone opens the wrong one they see someone else's draw – the same as picking up the wrong folded paper – so in large groups, send them one to one.

Why skip email

Because the email version fails in boring ways: a typo, a spam folder, a colleague who checks email twice a week. And because collecting addresses is a chore nobody enjoys. Links in the chat you already use reach everyone in a minute. There is a second reason: we store no addresses at all in this mode, only the first names you type, and everything is deleted automatically 60 days after the event.

What the organizer gets

A private page showing who has opened their link (so you can nudge the right person before the party), an "add participant" button for latecomers that slots them into the circle without redrawing, and a delete button for when it is over. What you never get is the list of who drew whom – which is what lets you take part yourself.

Exclusions, budget and date

Keep couples and siblings apart, stop last year's pairs from repeating, state the budget as a range and set the exchange date. All of it shows on each person's link, so nobody has to ask in the chat.

FAQ

Can the organizer see the result?
No. Not from any page, and not from us. Each participant sees only their own draw.
What if two people open the same link?
They both see the same draw, like reading the same paper. The message puts a name before each link so it is hard to mix up; for big groups, send links individually.
Can I add someone after the draw?
Yes. They join the circle without changing anyone else's draw; one person gets a new name, and the page tells you who so you can let them know.
Does anyone need an app or account?
No. Links open in any browser.
What do you store?
The first names you type and any wishlists people add. Deleted 60 days after the event date, or earlier if you delete the group.
