Secret Santa on WhatsApp — no emails to collect

Type the names, draw, and copy one message with a private link per person. Paste it into the WhatsApp group and each person opens only their own. Nobody sees the draw — not even you.

1. Your group

2. Participants

0 participants · At least 3 names. You can add yourself too.

3. Who should not draw each other (optional)

For couples, siblings, or people who always end up with each other.

4. How to share the links

I will share the links myself

You get one private link per person to send on WhatsApp, Messenger or anywhere else. No email addresses needed.

Email everyoneAdd an email after a name (Nora, nora@mail.com) and we send that person their link automatically.

How it works in the group

After the draw, the organizer page has a button that copies every link as one message, one line per person:

🎁 Office party: Amara → fluky.com/ss/…

🎁 Office party: Ben → fluky.com/ss/…

Paste it into the group and done. Each line has the name in front so everyone knows which link is theirs; other people's links never reveal their draw — each link only shows that person's own result. If your group is private-minded, copy the links one by one and send them in DMs instead.

Why WhatsApp, not email

Because nobody has their cousin's email handy. Email draws fail the usual ways: a typo, spam, someone who hasn't opened mail since 2019. Everyone already has WhatsApp open. Second reason: in this mode we store no addresses — only the names you type — and everything deletes automatically 60 days after the event date.

What you get as organizer

A private page showing who has opened their link (so you can nudge them three days before without asking in the group), a button to add a latecomer without redrawing, and a delete button when the party is over. What you never see is who drew whom — which is why you can take part yourself.

Exclusions, budget and date

Mark pairs who should not draw each other (couples, siblings, last year's pairs), set the budget as a range (“10–15”), and the exchange date. All of that shows on each person's link so nobody has to ask in the chat.

FAQ

Can I see who drew whom?
No. Not you, not us, from any page. Only each participant sees their own result.
What if someone opens another person's link?
They would see that person's draw, same as picking up the wrong paper. In big groups, send links privately. The message puts a name before each link so mix-ups are rare.
Can I add someone after the draw?
Yes. They join the circle without changing everyone else's draw; one person gets a new name and the page tells you who so you can message them.
Do people need to install anything?
No. Links open in the phone browser.
What do you store?
The names you type and, if they fill one in, each person's wishlist. Everything deletes 60 days after the event date, or earlier if you delete the group.
