Secret Santa for large groups — 20, 50 or 200 people
Paste the names, draw, then paste an email list and send everyone their private link in one go. The organizer page shows who has opened, reminds people who haven't, and lets you add latecomers without redrawing.
1. Your group
We only use email addresses to send the links.
2. Participants
Optional: add an email after a name and we send that person their link right after the draw. Example: Nora, nora@mail.com — or paste two columns from a spreadsheet.
We only use email addresses to send the links.
0 participants (0 with email) · At least 3 names. You can add yourself too.
3. Who should not draw each other (optional)
For couples, siblings, or people who always end up with each other.
4. How to share the links
I will share the links myself
You get one private link per person to send on WhatsApp, Messenger or anywhere else. No email addresses needed.
Tip: add an email after each name in step 2 and we'll send the links for you.
Why big groups go wrong
In a group of 40, posting forty links in one chat is messy and a few people always open the wrong one. Sending them one by one takes an hour. And a week later a handful still haven't looked. Fluky is built for exactly this: bulk sending, a progress view, and automatic reminders.
Send everyone their link in one go
After the draw, paste your email list — one “Name, email” per line, or just the addresses — and we match them to the names and send every link at once. You get a count of how many were sent and a list of any address that failed to send, so you can fix that one and resend.
See who has opened, remind the rest
The organizer page shows “31 of 40 opened” with the unopened names at the top. Anyone who hasn't opened their link gets an automatic reminder after two days, and another shortly before the exchange date. You also get a “Remind” button per person for a quick personal nudge.
Exclusions and latecomers
Mark pairs who shouldn't draw each other — the two people who sit next to each other, couples, managers and their reports. Add someone who joins late without redrawing everyone: one person gets a new name and the page tells you who. Set a budget and the date so nobody has to ask.
FAQ
- Is there a maximum group size?
- Up to 200 people per group. For an even bigger company, split by department — each group gets its own organizer page and its own draw.
- Do I have to collect everyone's email?
- No. Email is the easiest way for a big group, but you can also copy all links as one message, or send them one by one.
- What if an email fails to send?
- The organizer page lists the names whose email could not be sent. Fix the address and resend only to them.
- Can I see who drew whom?
- No. Not you, not us. Only each participant sees their own result.
- What do you store?
- Names, the emails you add, and any wishlists. Everything deletes 60 days after the event date, or earlier if you delete the group.
